Our cheap deals guide runs across the whole range, but we’ve highlighted the most popular models and the Nerf guns that see the most frequent discounts. We check all the major retailers for stock levels and prices, and we sniff out deals from some of the online stores you might not have considered. With Nerf guns being such popular items, many stores that don’t normally stock toys will often offer a handful of Nerfs for sale. If you need other gift ideas for birthdays or other celebrations in 2021, consider the best remote control cars (opens in new tab) and the best train sets (opens in new tab) too, as these are similarly popular with kids of all ages.  The N-Strike Elite Strongarm Blaster is a fast-firing revolver-style Nerf gun that’s light to handle. The six-dart barrel flips out for ease of reload and is hand-powered. It fires darts accurately up to 75 feet. The slam-fire blast mode means all six darts can be fired at the same time. It’s a good-looking toy, with an easy grip trigger and a priming indicator at the back. It’s recommended for children aged eight and up, but this is quite a strong shooter, and so it may be more suitable for teenagers and young adults. When it comes to cheap Nerf guns, the Zombie Strike FlipFury Blaster is the best Nerf gun you can buy. And what better to fight the undead? It fires up to 12 darts without reloading. Two flipping dart drums hold six foam darts apiece. After the first six darts have been unleashed on the zombies, pull the secondary trigger to reload and keep blasting. This piece of kit certainly looks the part for any zombie-themed fantasy. But, be warned the dart drums can jam and can be fiddly for younger children to operate. This Nerf gun comes with 12 Zombie Strike darts, but it’s compatible with Nerf Elite darts too, making it even more convenient. This Nerf gun is recommended for ages 14 and up – and there’s a reason for this. At 8 pounds in weight it’s pretty heavy. The fully motorized toy enables the shooter to unleash one hundred small, brightly colored (but luckily soft!) rounds in quick succession. Brilliant for team games (it comes in two colors, so you can have a Red team or a Blue team), this Nerf gun is an intense option for the more experienced Nerf handler. It fires up to 100 rounds at 100 feet per second, and you can reload easily by refilling the hopper on top of the gun – if you can locate the scattered ammo, that is. If you’ve got the budget, this is the ultimate Nerf gun.  The Nerf N-Strike Elite Delta Trooper Blaster is a rifle-style Nerf gun is easy to put together, lightweight and can be built in four configurations. Another gem in the N-Strike series, it is compatible with most darts in this range, and comes with a set of 12 in the clip. Plus, you can buy spare clips for a speedy reload. The stock and clip set up means it’s convenient to handle, as well as powerful. The Nerf N-Strike Elite Delta Trooper Blaster comes with an attachable stock and barrel extension to modify it for close-combat. Or attach the stock to stabilize shots and add the barrel extension for distance targeting. It’s great for sniper action from an upstairs window when your kids are wreaking havoc in the garden. The Nerf Modulus Mediator Blaster is another fantastic cheap Nerf gun. This customizable beauty features a six-dart clip that loads into the side of the blaster. You pump the handle back and forth once to prime it, then pull the trigger to fire a single dart. Or, for slam-fire action, you keep pumping the handle and it releases all six darts together. Great for single or multiple targets, the brilliance of the Modulus Mediator is that, as part of the Mediator Series, other accessories (sold separately), such as a blaster core, stock and barrel, can be added to build the Mediator XL blaster for double fire power. Rails on the side and top provide other options to add Nerf Modulus accessories.  Kids will feel like they’re playing Fortnite IRL with this stylish yellow Nerf gun. The motorized gun has an acceleration trigger and a sensitive trigger. It has two flip-up sights for maximum precision when firing, and it comes with 20 darts and a 10-dart clip so players can reload quickly. The Nerf Fortnite AR-L Elite Dart Blaster also includes an option to activate automatic shooting for when you’re under heavy fire and need to retaliate. It closely resembles the gun in the popular videogame and will have kids flossing with joy. Send the zombies to their doom with the Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster, which fires 24 darts from four flipping drums. Precision is essential in the face of a zombie threat, and this brilliant Nerf gun has a handle that can be attached to three different positions (bottom, right or left) to help stabilize your aim and make the undead, well, dead-er. This is great if you’re left- or right-handed, and the handle can easily be switched over. The slam-fire mode means all 24 darts can be unleashed at the same time – a handy method for when you’re under siege from the neighbors. You asked for the big gun – well, here it is. The Nerf Doomlands Jungle shoots not one but three darts at a time. This huge blaster has a 30-dart revolving drum giving you ten goes at hitting your target with a trio of ammo. It takes Nerf Elite arts and is super easy to reload as the chambers are separated into three-dart slots. This is a heavy piece of kit and probably better suited to an adult than a child. In fact, we think this is one of the best Nerf guns for adults around. This handgun-style Nerf gun is small and lightweight – great for stealth missions. It has good accuracy and is easy to operate, whether you’re a Nerf newbie or an established player. The Nerf N-Strike Elite Quadrant blaster has a revolving drum that holds four darts. It’s easy to reload but only comes with four AccuStrike Darts – so it’s worth investing in extras. Sure, it’s one of the less complex bits of kit, but that’s reflected in the affordable price. When it comes to cheap Nerf guns, the Nerf N-Strike Elite Quadrant blaster is worth a look. This is no ordinary Nerf gun. The double-barrel blaster comes with a removable tripod, and can shoot distances of up to 90 feet. It comes with customizable accessories that can boost the range and make this baby even more badass. It features two magazines holding up to 25 darts each – so you have up to 50 rounds at your disposal. It’s easy to load and is quick to unleash some serious foam fire power. Plus, you can imagine yourself as a commando in The Predator. It isn’t the cheapest Nerf gun you can buy – but it’s certainly one of the best.
